The Enchanted Mail Club is an interactive snail-mail experience where children correspond directly with whimsical fantasy characters. Each exchange turns reading and writing practice into an unforgettable adventure while growing your child's writing confidence.

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PEN PAL Select the magical character your child would love to write to:

  • Ollie Whitewing — The Tooth Fairy from the Whispering Woods

  • Auntie Maeve — The Cat Lady of the Forest

  • Barnaby Bumble — The Postmaster Badger

(Pro tip for parents: Keep the sign-up a secret so the first surprise in the mailbox is extra magical!)

STEP 2: A LETTER ARRIVES Each month, a personalized letter arrives in your mailbox containing:

  • A story or adventure update from their chosen character

  • Thoughtful questions & prompts to inspire a response

  • A collectible art print or card

STEP 3: YOUR CHILD WRITES BACK After reading, your child can respond in their own way! They might send:

  • A handwritten letter or story

  • Drawings and artwork

  • Answers to the character's questions

How to send their response:

  1. 📮 By Mail: Post it back using our PO Box address (PO Box address is included in the letter). We recommend emailing a photo of your child's letter just in case their letter is not mailed on time or something happens to it along the way! 

  2. 💻 By Email: Snap a clear photo or scan of your child's letter/drawing and email it to hello@olivialim.ca with your child's name in the subject line! 

📮 Monthly Deadline: Please submit all letters by the 20th of the month! (Be sure to email a photo to hello@olivialim.ca so it arrives on time!)

STEP 4: A REPLY ARRIVES Every first of the month, a brand-new letter arrives where the character mentions and responds directly to what your child shared—continuing the story together!

Details & Age Guidance

  • Written in a Storybook Style: Designed for all ages! Younger children can enjoy the letters as a read-aloud story with a parent, while independent readers can read and reply on their own.

  • Flexible Subscriptions: Pause or cancel anytime through your parent account.

💡 Subscribing for more than one child? Simply select your first character, enter your child's name, and click "Add to Cart." Then repeat the process for your second child before checking out! Both letters will arrive addressed to each child individually
